Can I meet the pet care provider before booking services? 
Absolutely! We require an in-home consultation, allowing you to get to know us and discuss your pet's needs in person.
What information do you need from me before providing pet care?
We require essential details about your pet to ensure personalized and attentive care. This includes information such as their medical history, dietary preferences, and any specific care instructions. To streamline the process, we kindly ask you to provide this information through the Time to Pet Portal in your pet parent profile. 
Do you provide updates on my pet's well-being during your visits? 
Yes, we believe in keeping you informed! You'll receive regular updates, including photos and messages, so you can stay connected with your pet while you're away.
What if I need to cancel my pet care services? 
Plans do change, and we understand. Cancellation and Change Request Guidelines:
For (Non-Holiday)Walks & Drop-in Services: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for cancellations and change requests. (Non-Holiday) Sitting Services: Cancellations and Change requests require a week's notice.
